Mr. Michael Dean Hardwick

Michael Dean Hardwick, age 70, of Albany, Georgia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2026 surrounded by the love of family and the grace of God. Born on December 11, 1955 in Conway, SC, Mike lived a life rooted in faith, kindness, and devotion to others. They were a beloved spouse, father, grandfather, brother, and friend known for his warm heart, positive spirit, and unwavering trust in the Lord. Mike found joy in the simple blessings of life— working on street rods, creating metal art, gardening, traveling the world, spending time with his family, and his church. Whether through giving to those in need or helping fix a car, he touched countless lives and left a lasting imprint on all who knew them. A faithful Christian, Mike carried his beliefs into daily life, often reminding others that “Jesus is coming soon and you need to know and live for Jesus.” Their life was a reflection of God’s love—full of compassion, passion for the Lord, and love for people. Mike was known for his outgoing, friendly personality, his hard work ethic, and his love for helping people. His hobbies included working on street rods, creating metal art, gardening, traveling the world, spending time with his family, and his church. He was the worship leader at his church, Liberty Baptist Church in Albany, Ga. He is lovingly remembered by his spouse, Pam Hardwick, his two daughters, Amanda Gray and Tara Mosiewicz, his six grandchildren, Sarah Gray 23, Luke Gray 20, Nathanael Gray 15, Judah Mosiewicz 13, Elijah Mosiewicz 9, and Izabel Mosiewicz 6 months, his siblings, Nathan Hardwick III and Jackie Youngblood. He was preceded in death by his father, Nathan Hardwick, Jr. and his mother, Nancy Knight, his brother Phillip Hardwick, and his sister Donna Whitmore. Though deeply missed, his family finds comfort in the promise of eternal life and the words of Scripture: “Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord.” (Matthew 25:23) A private graveside funeral for immediate family will be held in Albany, Georgia. Mike was a friendly, outgoing man with many friends. It was his wish to have a small private ceremony. For all his extended family and hundreds of friends, there is an online memorial to pay your respects and watch a celebration of life video. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Liberty Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia, honoring Mike’s spirit of generosity and faith. Mike will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
