Lisa Pamela Johnston Willis Lisa Pamela Johnston Willis, 60, beloved wife, daughter, mother, sister and friend passed away unexpectedly at Mobile Infirmary on August 5, 2018 in Mobile, Alabama. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Nancy Scarborough and Rev. Dr. William “Biff” Coker will officiate. The family will receive friends at Covenant at 10:00 a.m. Saturday until funeral time. Lisa was born November 1, 1957 in Cape May, NJ. She graduated from Deerfield in 1975. She attended Auburn University and made the absolute most of her time there. She remained an avid Tiger fan and loved attending football games with her family. Lisa was a debutante, former member of the Junior League of Albany, member of the Charity League of Albany and organizer of the Albany GA Kids of the 70s group. She volunteered at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for several years. She worked as a medical transcriptionist. Lisa recently reconnected with her high school sweetheart, William Beniah (Rocky) Willis and married him in 2014 after a whirlwind romance. They have spent the last four years traveling, attending concerts and festivals, and living life to the fullest. She told friends and family often that she had never been happier. Her family and friends will remember her as being fun loving and full of life. She was simply magnetic and her quick wit, wisdom and her lively sense of humor made her a joy to be around. She enjoyed traveling and loved spending quality time with her friends and family. Her favorite place in the world was on the balcony of the family condo in Panama City Beach, Fl. Most important to Lisa was her family, who she loved dearly. She was fiercely loyal and devoted to her family, friends, and those she loved. Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Pamela Tyler Johnston, and husband, Paul (Rob ) Berry Robertson. She is survived by her doting husband, William Beniah (Rocky) Willis, her loving father, Proctor Morgan Johnston Jr., her daughter and “person”, Morgan Seegmueller Burnette (husband Jason), beloved son, Tyler Malone Seegmueller, brother Proctor Morgan Johnston III, uncle Steve Howard Johnston (wife Kate), nephew Proctor Morgan Johnston VI, niece Raines Elizabeth Johnston, cherished cat, Callie and many lifelong friends she considered family. All adored her. Former husband Tom Seegmueller (wife Kelly) is the father of her children. She was incredibly excited to become LiLi and welcome her first grandchild in February 2019.
