I had the pleasure of working with Art at the Marine Corps Logistics Base for 20 years. When I started @ MCLB, Art was our Directorate Training Officer. Through the years his career advanced quickly, because of his strong work ethic and willingness to assist. His sense of humor was so uplifting. Art's many friends connected with the Base will greatly miss him. Keeping your family in my prayers for peace and comfort!

My prayers goes out to the family. He was known as Art on the base I worked with him for many years on the base. His quick wit was unforgettable and will truly be missed. He was a very supporting good friend.

Uncle Lane you will always be in my heart. I have so many great and happy memories of you. One of the earliest is when Grandma and Grandpa lived in Aripeka and the whole family had gathered for Easter. When it came time to hunt for eggs you told me where the surprise egg was. It was a chocolate bunny. I felt like a queen that day. I will miss your emails. They were my humor for the day. It will take a while for me to get used to them not being they. Thankfully I have some of them saved so I can look back on them and laugh with you all over again. Until we meet again, I will cherish all my memories of you. Love you
